How to use MOALA Pocket at TOBE from ticket pickup to admission

STEP
From ticket download to admission, please check here.

STEP1
Install MOALA Pocket
Please install the "MOALA Pocket" App on the smartphone used for admission in advance.
STEP2
Connect your MOALA Account with TOBE ID
To download tickets to MOALA Pocket, you will need a "MOALA Account" and a "TOBE ID".

First, create a MOALA Account on MOALA Pocket,
Then, please link your MOALA Account to your TOBE ID.
*Please link only your own account (you do not need to link your companion's account).
*To create a MOALA Account, you will need a Google account or an Apple Account, which can be a different email address from your TOBE ID. Please create a MOALA Account with your Google account or Apple Account and link it to your TOBE ID.
*You do not need to link with "MOALA NFT Market" which is displayed on the App My Page.
STEP3
Download Tickets
The winning ticket can be confirmed by opening the App confirmation page.
When the ticket issuance start date and time, you will see the "View Ticket" button, tap it to download the ticket.
STEP4
Transfer to a companion
Ticket transfer is mandatory.
Please be sure to transfer tickets to your companions prior to your arrival.
STEP5
Admission
The downloaded ticket will be displayed.
On the day of the show, please arrive at the venue with the ticket displayed on the app.
Please make sure to complete the distribution to your companion before coming to the show.

STEP1
Install MOALA Pocket

This app is available only in the Japanese App Store and Google Play Store, requiring a Japanese Apple Account for iPhone users and a Japanese Google account for Android users.

Is the App up-to-date?

Older versions of the app may not allow you to use all functions properly.
Please be sure to update the app to the latest version from the app store before use.


*Please note that Mobile Ticket cannot be transferred if the application is uninstalled, the device is initialized, or the model is changed after the ticket is downloaded.

STEP2
【Preparation】
Connect MOALA Account with TOBE ID
*Please make sure that your default browser is one of the following
・iPhone: Safari
・Android: Chrome

Create MOALA Account
Please create a MOALA Account and log in when you start the App for the first time or from the App's My Page(マイページ).
Creating a MOALA Account is free and easy with a Google or Apple Account.

*The account ID (email address) for MOALA Account can be different from the TOBE ID email address. Even if you register with a different email address, the linkage is still possible.
*You do not need to link with "MOALA NFT Market" which is displayed on the "My Page" of the application.

Link your TOBE ID
You can link your MOALA Account to your TOBE ID from "External Account Link"(外部アカウント連携画面へ) on MOALA Pocket My Page.
Please link your TOBE ID with the TOBE ID of the person who applied for the ticket.

*Please link only your own account (you do not need to link your companion's account).
*Once your MOALA Account and TOBE ID are linked, you will not be able to unlink them. Please make sure to link your TOBE ID with the smartphone you will be using on the day of the show.

Check the linkage
The linked TOBE ID can be found on the MOALA Pocket My Page.
You are now ready to download your ticket.

*Only tickets purchased with a linked TOBE ID can be downloaded to MOALA Pocket.

STEP3
Download Tickets

Wait for ticketing start date
Please wait until the ticketing starts and tickets are available for download.

*While waiting for the ticketing start date, please complete 5 "Create MOALA Account" and 6 "Link TOBE ID" to facilitate the process.

Tap "Show Ticket"
"チケットを表示する"
On the date when ticketing begins, the "Show Ticket"(チケットを表示する) button on the Ticket App confirmation page will become available, so please tap it.

*If you purchase multiple tickets, the number of tickets will be downloaded.
*The entrance will be displayed after 7:00 p.m. on the day before the selected performance (tentative).
*Seat numbers will be displayed on the ticket screen after admission on the day of the show.

Tap "OPEN" on the confirmation screen
The browser will start and a confirmation screen will appear.
Tap the "OPEN" button.

*The screen may be displayed on the iPhone. Depending on the model and browser you are using, it may or may not be displayed.If it is not displayed, go directly to the next step.

Start MOALA Pocket
MOALA Pocket will start up.

*If MOALA Pocket is not yet installed, you will be redirected to the app store. After installing the App, please start from the first step again.

Create MOALA Account
If STEP 2 has been completed in advance, it will be skipped.
If MOALA Pocket and MOALA Account have not been linked (logged in), they need to be linked.

*MOALA Account is free and can be created immediately.
*MOALA Account will be created automatically when you log in with your Google account or Apple Account according to the instructions.
*If you have already completed this step, this flow will be skipped.

Link your TOBE ID
If STEP 2 has been completed in advance, it will be skipped.
If your MOALA Account and TOBE ID are not linked, you will need to link your TOBE ID.
Please follow the instructions to link your MOALA Account and TOBE ID.

*Please link only your own account (you do not need to link your companion's account).
*Once your MOALA Account and TOBE ID are linked, you will not be able to unlink them. Please make sure to link your TOBE ID with the smartphone you will be using on the day of the performance.
*Only tickets purchased with a TOBE ID linked to your MOALA Account can be downloaded.
*If this has been completed in advance, this flow will be skipped.
7
Ticket downloaded and completed
The ticket will be downloaded and the ticket will appear on your MOALA Pocket.
This completes the receipt of tickets.

*If you purchase multiple tickets, the number of tickets will be downloaded.
*The entrance will be displayed after 7:00 p.m. on the day before the selected performance (tentative).
*The entrance gate and seats may not be displayed for some show until just before or at the time of admission. Please do not worry if they are not displayed at the time of downloading.
*If this does not work, please check "If ticket downloading does not work".

STEP4
Transfer to a companion

*Ticket transfer is mandatory.
Please be sure to transfer tickets to your companions prior to your arrival.

Tap "Transfer"
"分配"
Tap the "Transfer"(分配) button for the ticket you wish to distribute.

Select a transfer method and transfer
Please select the method of transfer and send the "Ticket URL" to the person to whom you wish to transfer the ticket.

Wait for recipient completion
When you send the "Ticket URL", the ticket will be in the waiting state.
Please wait until your companion accesses the ticket URL.

*You can cancel the distribution by clicking the "Cancel Transfer"(分配を取り消す) button before your companion accesses the "Ticket URL".

Complete when the other party receives it 
The transfer is complete when the recipient accesses the ticket URL and completes the ticket download.

*Once the companion completes receiving the ticket, the transfer cannot be cancelled by the operation of the transferor (purchaser). Please be careful not to make a wrong transfer.
*The operation of the transferee (companion) can return the ticket to the source of transfer.

STEP5
Admission

Check details
Tap the "i" (information symbol) on the ticket to see the ticket details.

*There may be important information about the show, so please be sure to check the information.

Display admission screen
Tap the "Go to Entrance Screen"(入場画面へ) button to display the "Entrance Screen"(入場). Please present this screen at the entrance.

*Please note that if you manipulate this screen, you will not be allowed to enter.

Admission
Please present the "admission screen"(入場) to the staff at the entrance.

Receive Tickets
(Operation of the transferee/companion)

Before you receive your ticket, please do the following 2 STEPs to facilitate the process.

                STEP1 Install MOALA Pocket
                STEP2 Connect your MOALA Account with TOBE ID
Click here to register a new TOBE ID.

Tap the ticket URL
Tap the "Ticket URL"(チケットURL) sent to you by the transferee (purchaser).

Tap "OPEN" on the confirmation screen
The browser will start and a confirmation screen will appear.
Tap the "OPEN" button.

*The screen may be displayed on the iPhone. Depending on the model and browser you are using, it may or may not be displayed.

Start MOALA Pocket
MOALA Pocket will start up.

*If MOALA Pocket is not yet installed, you will be redirected to the app store. After installing the App, please start from the first step again.

Create MOALA Account
If STEP 2 has been completed in advance, it will be skipped.
If MOALA Pocket and MOALA Account have not been linked (logged in), they need to be linked.

*MOALA Account is free and can be created immediately.
*MOALA Account will be created automatically when you log in with your Google account or Apple Account according to the instructions.

Link your TOBE ID
If STEP 2 has been completed in advance, it will be skipped.
If your MOALA Account and TOBE ID are not linked, you will need to link your TOBE ID.
Please follow the instructions to link your MOALA Account and TOBE ID.

*Please link only your own account (no need to link the transferor (purchaser)'s account).
*After this operation, tap the ticket URL again, and the ticket will be downloaded to the application.
Ticket downloaded and completed
The ticket will be downloaded and the ticket will appear on your MOALA Pocket.
This completes the receipt of tickets.

*The companion may not distribute to third parties further down the line.
*Distributed tickets can be returned to the representative via the "Return Ticket"(チケットを返却) button.
*The entrance will be displayed after 7:00 p.m. on the day before the selected performance (tentative).
*Seat numbers will be displayed on the ticket screen after admission on the day of the show.
*If this does not work, please check "If ticket downloading does not work".

For Fan Club Members

Tap "Activate Ticket"(チケットを有効にする)

"Activate Ticket"(チケットを有効にする) button will be displayed on the ticket.
Please make sure to activate your ticket before attending the event.

After downloading the ticket, please tap the "Activate Ticket"(チケットを有効にする) button.

TOBE ID Login
Please follow the instructions to log in to your TOBE ID.

Check Activation
When activation is successful, the "Go to Entry Screen"(入場画面へ) button will be displayed, which means ticket retrieval process is completed.

*If you are unable to activate the ticket, please check that the TOBE ID you are logged into is linked to the correct MOALA Account.
*Tickets cannot be activated if TOBE ID is outside the membership validity period.

The companion (the transferee) may not transfer the ticket to a further third party.
The companion may return the ticket to the purchaser (the party to whom the ticket was transferred).
If you wish to transfer the ticket to another companion, you must return the ticket to the purchaser and then transfer it to another companion.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have trouble downloading tickets

If the App does not launch after tapping the "View Ticket" button or "Ticket URL", or if the App launches but the ticket is not displayed on the App, please try the following.

For iPhone 
*Please use Safari to operate the following.

Tap the "View Ticket"(チケットを表示する) button on the ticket App confirmation page.
Press and hold  the "OPEN" button on the confirmation page.
Tap "Open in MOALA Pocket".
The App will launch and the ticket will be downloaded.

If this does not resolve the issue, please try the following

・Perform the above operation again in the incognito window or in private browsing.
*When copying the URL, a pop-up window may appear asking "Do you want to allow pasting? Tap "Allow" and proceed to the next step.

・Restart your smartphone.

For Android
*Please operate the following with Google chrome.

Press and hold the "View Ticket" button on the ticket App confirmation page.
Tap "Open in Secret Tab."
"Exit incognito mode?" pop-up, tap "Leave this page".
The App will launch and the ticket will be downloaded.
