Preparation

Create or Log In to MOALA Account
Create and log in to your MOALA Account from the MOALA Account login page.
You can easily create a MOALA Account for free using your Google or Apple ID.

Link your TOBE ID
Link your MOALA Account with your TOBE ID through external account linking（外部アカウント連携）.

*Once linked, MOALA Account and TOBE ID cannot be unlinked. Please link your own TOBE ID.
*If you have linked your MOALA Account and TOBE ID even once, you do not need to link them again.
If you encounter the error message "Already linked to another MOALA Account," please log in again using the MOALA Account that is linked to your TOBE ID.

Confirm Link between MOALA Account and TOBE ID
Once confirmed on external account linking（外部アカウント連携）, your preparation for applying to purchase is complete.

Apply to Purchase

Select Event
Choose your preferred date from the list of events, and tap "Apply"（申込）.

Confirm Notes
Review the notes, and tap ”Next”（次へ）.

Confirm Application Details
Verify ticket details, fees, etc., and tap "Register Payment Method"（決済方法の登録）.

Register Credit Card Information
Enter your credit card information.
*A credit card is required for applications.

Check Linking Status
Tap ”Check Linking Status”（連携状況を確認） to confirm that your TOBE ID is linked.
If not linked, be sure to link your TOBE ID during the application acceptance period.

Confirm Application Completion
Your application is now complete.

Final Confirmation

  • Is your fan club membership valid?
    Please confirm that it is dated before the performance date.
    Check the expiration date on the official fan club page.
  • Is your MOALA Account linked with TOBE ID?
    During application, your MOALA Account must be linked with TOBE ID.
    Check the linking status through external account linking（外部アカウント連携）.
  • Has your purchase application been completed?
    Check your application status in the "Application History"（申込履歴） section of your resale site My Page.

Checking Resale Lottery Results

Check on My Page

Please check the draw results from the "Application History"（申込履歴） section on the resale site My Page

Before draw Results Announcement

Tap on the relevant ticket to view the payment amount if you win and the scheduled date for lottery results announcement.

After Draw Results Announcement

Tap on the relevant ticket to confirm the payment amount.

*Payment has already been processed using the credit card registered in advance.
*If unsuccessful, no payment is required.

Confirmation via Email

We will send the Draw results to the email address registered with your MOALA Account.

*Payment has already been processed using the credit card registered in advance.
*If you do not receive the email, please check "Application History"（申込履歴） on the resale site My Page.

Receiving Winning Tickets

Confirm Winning Tickets
Tap on the winning ticket from the "Application History"（申込履歴） section on the resale site My Page.

Receive Your Ticket
Tap "Receive with MOALA Ticket"（MOALA Ticketで受け取る） to display the ticket in MOALA Ticket.
