Preparation for Selling

Only the purchaser may sell tickets.
If the companion wish to sell his/her ticket, please return it to the purchaser first. Then the purchaser must apply to list the tickets.

Returning Companion Tickets
(In case of Selling a Companion Tickets )

Display the Ticket
Display the ticket you want to return to the purchaser.

Return the Ticket
Tap "Return to Purchaser"（代表者へ返却） > "Return"（返却） to return the ticket.

Confirm the Return
Make sure that "Returned to Purchaser"（代表者へ返却しました） is displayed.

Move Ticket to Resale Site

Display the Purchaser’s Ticket
Display the list of the purchaser’s tickets you wish to sell.

Tap "Useful Features"（便利な機能） > "Sell for Resale"（リセール出品）
Tap "Useful Features"（便利な機能） > "Sell for Resale"（リセール出品） at the bottom right of the screen.
After reviewing the terms and conditions, start the selling process.

Select the Tickets to Sell
Please check the box for the ticket(s) you want to sell.
If the purchaser could not go to the event, sell the purchaser’s ticket displayed as the first ticket.
To sell companion tickets, it must first be returned by the companion.
For details on how to return companion tickets, refer to "Returning Companion’s Ticket.

Tap "Start Selling"
Confirm that the selected ticket is the one you want to sell, then tap "Start Selling"（出品をはじめる）.

Confirm that the Ticket Has Been Retrieved
*The　ticket has not been listed yet.
Move to the official resale site and complete the selling process.

Application to list

Access Official Resale Site
Access the official resale site using one of the recommended browsers below, and log in with the same email address as your MOALA Account used for MOALA Ticket.

For iPhone: Safari
For Android: Chrome

Display "Ticket List"
Go to "Ticket List" on your MY PAGE of the resale site, and tap on the ticket you wish to list for sale.

*If the ticket is not displayed, the MOALA Account you are logged into may be incorrect.
Tap [≡] at the top right > "Log Out", then log in again using the same email address as the one used for MOALA Ticket.

Tap "Proceed to Sell"
Review the ticket details on the listing page, then tap "Proceed to Sell"（出品に進む）.

Review Terms and Conditions
Review the terms and conditions, then tap "Next"（次へ）.

Register Bank Account Information
Tap "Register Bank Account Information"（口座情報を登録）, enter the account details where funds will be deposited if the resale is successful, then tap "Register"（登録）.

Selling the Ticket
Verify ticket details, fees, and registered account, then tap "Sell"（出品）.
7
Confirm Selling Completion
Your offer for sale is now complete.

Check Resale Results

Check on My Page - If Successful -

The amount after deducting fees will be automatically transferred to your registered account.
No additional procedures are required.

Display "Selling History"
Check the resale results from the "Selling History" （出品履歴）on the resale site My Page.

Check Transfer Status
The amount will be transferred to the pre-registered account.
Tap the tickets marked as "Transfer Process Completed" to confirm the transfer date.

*Transfer is expected within approximately one week from the transfer process date.
*Transfer dates may vary depending on financial institutions.

In Case of Transfer Error

Confirm Transfer Error
Tap on the ticket showing a transfer error from the "Selling History"（出品履歴） on the resale site My Page.

Edit Account Information
Tap "Edit Account Information"（口座を再設定） and re-register correct account details.

Confirm Resolution of Transfer Error
Verify that the transfer error has been resolved from the "Selling History" on the resale site My Page.

*You can check the scheduled transfer date on the detailed page by tapping on the successful ticket.

If Unsuccesful *Please check on MY PAGE

By returning the ticket to the MOALA Ticket, you can use the ticket.

Confirm Tickets with Unsuccessful Resale
You can check on the "SellingHistory"（出品履歴） on the resale site My Page.
If there are tickets marked as "Partial Success"（一部成立） or "Unsuccessful"（不成立）, navigate to the "Ticket List"（チケット一覧） tab.

Display "Ticket List"
Tap on tickets marked as "Selling Period Closed"（出品受付終了） due to being unsuccessful.

Return Ticket to MOALA Ticket
Tap "Return to MOALA Ticket"（MOALA Ticketへチケットを戻す） > "Return Ticket"（チケットを戻す） to return the ticket to MOALA Ticket.
Open MOALA Ticket and ensure the ticket is displayed.
