Purchase Guide (Lottery)

Please Check Before Applying

If you have already received tickets for the same event via transfer, you cannot download or use the resale tickets in MOALA Pocket app even if you win the resale tickets.
If you win the resale tickets, you cannot receive tickets for the same event via transfer.

Things to Set Up

To apply, please prepare the following. Please confirm:

Install MOALA Pocket App

MOALA Pocket app is required for resale transactions.
Be sure to install and update MOALA Pocket app from the app store before use.

Create MOALA Account
Create and log in to your MOALA Account from the MOALA Account login page.
You can easily create a MOALA Account for free using your Google or Apple ID.

Link your TOBE ID
Link your MOALA Account with your TOBE ID through external account linking（外部アカウント連携）.
*Once linked, MOALA Account and TOBE ID cannot be unlinked. Please link your own TOBE ID.

Confirm Link between MOALA Account and TOBE ID
Once confirmed on external account linking（外部アカウント連携）, your preparation for applying to purchase is complete.

Application

After logging in with your TOBE ID, access the event page in the resale site.

Apply to Purchase

Select Event
Choose your preferred date from the list of events, and press "Apply"（申込）.

Confirm Notes
Review the notes, and press ”Next”（次へ）.

Confirm Application Details
Verify ticket details, fees, etc., and press "Proceed to Payment"（決済に進む）.

Register Credit Card Information
Enter your credit card information.
*A credit card is required for applications.

Check Linking Status
Press ”Check Linking Status”（連携状況を確認） to confirm that your TOBE ID is linked.
If not linked, be sure to link your TOBE ID during the application acceptance period.

Confirm Application Completion
Your application is now complete.

Final Confirmation

  • Is your fan club membership valid?
    Please confirm that it is dated after the performance date.
    Check the expiration date on the official fan club page.
  • Is your MOALA Account linked with TOBE ID?
    During application, your MOALA Account must be linked with TOBE ID.
    Check the linking status through external account linking（外部アカウント連携）.
  • Has your purchase application been completed?
    Check your application status in the "Application History"（申込履歴） section of your resale site My Page.

Checking Resale Lottery Results

Check on My Page

Please check the lottery results from the "Application History"（申込履歴） section on the resale site My Page.

Before Lottery Results Announcement
Tap (click) on the relevant ticket to view the payment amount if you win and the scheduled date for lottery results announcement.
After Lottery Results Announcement
Tap (click) on the relevant ticket to confirm the payment amount.
*Payment has already been processed using the credit card registered in advance.
*If unsuccessful, no payment is required.

Confirmation via Email

We will send the lottery results to the email address registered with your MOALA Account.
*Payment has already been processed using the credit card registered in advance.
*If you do not receive the email, please check "Application History"（申込履歴） on the resale site My Page.

Downloading Tickets You Won

Confirm Winning Tickets
Tap (click) on the winning ticket from the "Application History"（申込履歴） section on the resale site My Page.

Download Tickets
Tap "Download"（ダウンロードをする） > "Download"（ダウンロード） to download the ticket to MOALA Pocket app.

View Tickets
Once downloaded, the ticket will appear within MOALA Pocket app.

Entry
Press "Entry Screen"（入場画面へ） to display the Entry Screen.
Present the Entry Screen to the staff at the entrance.
