Selling Guide (Lottery)

Please Check

To sell tickets, you need MOALA Pocket app and a Japanese bank account.
If you cannot install the app or do not have a Japanese bank account, you will not be able to sell your tickets.

Advance Preparation

Things to Prepare

  • Apple Account or Google Account

  • Install MOALA Pocket
  • Connect your MOALA Account with TOBE ID
  • Download Tickets.

Selling Preparation

Select the Tickets to Sell
Select the tickets you want to sell from MOALA Pocket app.
The first ticket displayed belongs to the purchaser. If you sell it, the purchaser will not be able to attend the event. If you only want to sell tickets for accompanying guests, make sure to select tickets starting from the second one.

Press "Start Selling"
Confirm the ticket and press "Start Selling"(出品をはじめる).
*Tickets can be retrieved from MOALA Pocket app one by one. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each ticket you want to sell.

Confirm that the Ticket Has Been Retrieved
*The sell is not yet complete.
Move to the official resale site and complete the selling process.

Offer for Sale

Display "Ticket List"
Navigate to the "Ticket List" on the resale site My Page, and tap (press) on the ticket you wish to list for sale.

Press "Proceed to Sell"
Review the ticket details on the listing page, then press "Proceed to Sell"(出品に進む).

Review Terms and Conditions
Review the terms and conditions, then press "Next"(次へ).

Register Bank Account Information
Press "Register Bank Account"(口座を登録), enter the account details where funds will be deposited if the resale is successful, then press "Register"(登録).

Sell Your Ticket
Verify ticket details, fees, and registered account, then press "Sell"(出品).

Confirm Selling Completion
Your offer for sale is now complete.

Check Resale Results

Check on My Page - If Successful -

The amount after deducting fees will be automatically transferred to your registered account.
No additional procedures are required.

Display "Selling History"
Check the resale results from the "Selling History" (出品履歴)on the resale site My Page.

Check Transfer Status
The amount will be transferred to the pre-registered account.
Tap the tickets marked as "Transfer Process Completed"(振込手続き完了) to confirm the transfer date.(振込手続き日)
*Transfer is expected within approximately one week from the transfer process date.
*Transfer dates may vary depending on financial institutions.

In Case of Transfer Error

Confirm Transfer Error
Tap (press) on the ticket showing a transfer error from the "Selling History"(出品履歴) on the resale site My Page.

Edit Account Information
Press "Edit Account Information"(口座情報を編集) and re-register correct account details.

Confirm Resolution of Transfer Error
Verify that the transfer error has been resolved from the "Selling History"(出品履歴) on the resale site My Page.
*You can check the scheduled transfer date on the detailed page by tapping (pressing) on the successful ticket.

Check on My Page - If Unsuccessful -

By returning the ticket to the MOALA Pocket app, you can use the ticket.

Confirm Tickets with Unsuccessful Resale
You can check on the "SellingHistory"(出品履歴) on the resale site My Page.
If there are tickets marked as "Partial Success"(一部成立) or "Unsuccessful(不成立)," navigate to the "Ticket List"(チケット一覧) tab.

Display "Ticket List"
Tap on tickets marked as "Selling Period Closed"(出品受付終了) due to being unsuccessful.

Return Ticket to MOALA Pocket App
Press "Return to MOALA Pocket App"(MOALA Pocketアプリへチケットを戻す) > "Return Ticket"(チケットを戻す) to return the ticket to MOALA Pocket app.
Open MOALA Pocket app and ensure the ticket is displayed.
