Questions about MOALA Account and TOBE ID

  • I logged into my MOALA Account, but I see an unfamiliar email address displayed.

    When you create an account with Apple ID, it may be registered with an email address using the domain "@privaterelay.appleid.com".
    This email address is randomly generated when email privacy settings are enabled for Apple ID. Emails will be forwarded to the email address registered with Apple ID, and you can still use the ticket download feature without any issues. Please rest assured.
  • An error message saying "MOALA Accountの連携に失敗しました” is displayed.

    Please try the following steps:
    ・Change your network (switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data if using Wi-Fi).
    ・Restart the app.
    ・(For Android) If your default browser is not Chrome, switch to Chrome.
    How to: Make Chrome your default browser (external link).
    ・Restart your device.

    If the issue persists, please contact us using the provided link.
  • An error message saying "すでに他のMOALA Accountに紐づいています" is displayed, and I cannot link my TOBE ID.

    This message appears when your TOBE ID is already linked to another MOALA Account.
    Since the combination of MOALA Account and TOBE ID cannot be changed, please log in again using the MOALA Account that is already linked to your TOBE ID.
  • An error message saying "連携できないMOALA Accountです" is displayed, and I cannot log in to MOALA Account on the MOALA Pocket app.

    This error appears when your MOALA Account is linked to another device. If you have changed devices and the previous device is accessible, please try the following:

    1.Open the MOALA Pocket app on your previous device.
    2.Tap the "Menu" icon in the upper left corner > My Page(マイページ) > Under MOALA Account, tap "Unlink"(連携解除).
    3.Tap "Unlink"(解除する) to confirm.
    4.Log in to MOALA Account on your new device after unlinking.

    If you cannot access the previous device or if it has been reset, please contact us for further assistance.

Questions about selling

  • How do I sale my tickets for resale?

    Please extract your tickets from the MOALA Pocket app and list them for sale on the resale site.
    For more details, refer to the Selling Guide.
  • If I sell my tickets, is it guaranteed to sell?

    We cannot guarantee that your tickets will sell.
    Please understand this beforehand.
  • Can I sell transferred tickets for resale?

    You can sell transferred tickets for resale by returning them to your MOALA Pocket app.

    ■If your companions have not completed receiving the tickets:
    Please cancel the transfer in the MOALA Pocket app.

    ■If your companions have completed receiving the tickets:
    In your companions' MOALA Pocket app, press the ""Return Tickets""(チケットを返却) button to initiate the return of the tickets.

    Please refer to the the Selling Guide for instructions on how to sell tickets for resale.
  • I am an accompanying person. Can I list the ticket?

    Companions cannot sell tickets.
    If you want to sell, please return the ticket to the purchaser, and the purchaser should sell it.
  • How many tickets can I sell?

    You can sell as many tickets as you want.
  • I don't have a bank account.

    You cannot sell without a bank account.
    A bank account is required to receive the payment of a successful resale.
    Please prepare a Japanese bank account.
  • I can't register my bank account.

    Please check the following:
    ・Is the the account number and account holder's name input correctly?
    ・Is your Internet connection stable?
  • I sold two tickets together, but I want to cancel one sale and sell only one.

    If it is within the listing reception period, you can change the number of tickets sold.
    Please follow the steps below:

    1.Display "Listing History"(出品履歴) on the resale site My Page.
    2.Tap (Press) the ticket you want to cancel.
    3.Press "Cancel Listing"(出品を取消す).
    4.Display "Ticket List"(チケット一覧) on the resale site My Page.
    5.Tap (Press) the ticket you canceled.
    6.Press "Return Ticket to MOALA Pocket App"(MOALA Pocketアプリにチケットを戻す) > "Return Ticket"(チケットを戻す).
    7.Open the MOALA Pocket App and retrieve only the ticket you want to sell.
    *For details, please refer to "Selling Preparation" in the Selling Guide.
    8.Move to the resale site and sell the retrieved ticket.
    *For details, please refer to "Offer for Sale" in the Selling Guide.
  • Can I cancel a sale?

    You can cancel the sale if it is within the sale reception period.
    Cancellation or changes cannot be made after the sale reception period, so please consider carefully before selling.
  • Are there any fees for selling?

    If the resale is successful, the amount after deducting the following from the ticket price will be transferred to your bank account:
    ・Resale fee (10% of the ticket price per ticket)
    ・Transfer fee 440 yen per ticket
    Please note that various fees at the time of ticket purchase are not eligible for payment.
  • The resale was successful. How will I receive the payments?

    The payments will be transferred to your registered bank account.
    You can check the receiving account and transfer date by tapping (pressing) the successfully resold ticket in "Selling History"(出品履歴) on the resale site My Page.

    You can check the scheduled transfer date in "Selling History"(出品履歴) on the resale site My Page.

  • Can I change the bank account for transfer?

    You can change it by following these steps:

    1.Open "Account Information"(アカウント情報) on the resale site.
    2.Press "Change Account Information"(口座情報を変更).
    3.Enter the account information you want to change and press "Save"(保存).
  • An error message saying "送金エラー" is displayed, and I couldn't receive the payment.

    Please change the receiving account from "Selling History"(出品履歴) on the resale site My Page.
    For details, please refer to "In Case of Transfer Error" in the Selling Guide.
    *You can check the scheduled transfer date by tapping (pressing) the successfully resold ticket.
  • The resale was not successful. Can I use the ticket myself?

    You can use the ticket by returning it to the MOALA Pocket App.

  • The resale was not successful. Can I get a refund for the ticket?

    We cannot provide a refund.

Questions about applications

  • How can I apply?

    You can apply after registering for a MOALA Account and linking your TOBE ID.
    Please check the Purchase Guide for details.
  • I don't have a credit card. Can I apply?

    Some debit cards and prepaid cards can also be used.
    Details vary depending on the credit card company, so please contact your credit card company.
  • I couldn't register my credit card.

    Please check the following:
    ・Is the card number in full-width characters, or are there unnecessary spaces in the input?
    ・Has the expiration date passed?
    ・Have you exceeded the credit limit?
    *Regardless of domestic or overseas issuers, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express can be used.
    *UnionPay cards cannot be used.
  • Can I also apply for companion tickets?

    Resale tickets can only be applied for by the applicant for his/her own use.
    The person wishing to purchase tickets must apply for the tickets themselves.

  • Are there any fees for applying?

    If the resale is successful, the following fees are required in addition to the ticket price:
    ・Resale fee (10% of the ticket price per ticket)
    ・Application fee 440 yen per ticket
  • I have been given tickets to the same event. Can I receive the transferred tickets?

    It depends on the situation.

    ■ Before receiving the notification of the resale ticket lottery result (before the winning notification)
    You can receive the transfer tickets.
    Please note that once you receive the transfer tickets, even if you win the resale tickets, you will not be able to download (use) the resale tickets.

    ■ If you have not yet downloaded your winning resale tickets
    You can download (use) either the transfer tickets or the resale tickets.

    ■ If you have already downloaded your winning resale tickets
    You cannot download (use) the transfer tickets.

    You cannot download (use) multiple tickets for the same event in the MOALA Pocket app.
    Please be careful if you are expecting to receive transfer tickets.
    Also, please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

  • Can I cancel my application?

    You can cancel if it is within the application reception period.
    Please note that cancellations after winning cannot be made.
  • When will I know the lottery results?

    It depends on the event.
    Please check "Application History"(申込履歴) on the resale site My Page.
  • I haven't received the email with the lottery results.

    The lottery results will be sent to the email address of your MOALA Account.
    If you do not receive the email, please check the lottery results in "Application History"(申込履歴) on the resale site My Page.
    *If you created a MOALA Account with a private Apple ID, it will be registered with the domain "@privaterelay.appleid.com", but the email will be forwarded to the email address registered with your Apple ID, so please rest assured.
  • I won a ticket, but the ticket is not displayed.

    You can check the won tickets in "Application History"(申込履歴) on the resale site My Page.
    To use the ticket, please download the ticket to the MOALA Pocket App.
    For details, please refer to "Downloading Tickets You Won" in the Purchase Guide.
  • I changed my device after winning the ticket. What should I do?

    If you change your device, you will not be able to transfer the Mobile Ticket that you have already downloaded.
    Please view the ticket on the device on which you downloaded the Mobile Ticket to the MOALA Pocket app.

  • I can no longer attend the event. Can I cancel the winning ticket?

    Cancellations after winning are not allowed.
    We cannot provide refunds for any reason, so please understand.

  • What is resale?

    Resale service is an official service exclusively for fan club members, allowing them to safely and securely list tickets if they are unable to attend after purchasing.
    Additionally, those who wish to purchase tickets can apply for the lottery of tickets listed on the resale service.
    Transactions are conducted through the resale site, ensuring safe and secure transactions without direct dealings between customers.
  • What are the recommended system requirements for resale?

    We recommend using the following:
    Android, iOS *Latest version
    Google Chrome, Safari *Latest version

    *Operation on all smartphone devices, such as those for juniors or seniors, is not guaranteed.
    *It cannot be used on mobile phones other than smartphones.
  • Can I delete my information registered on the resale site?

    If you wish to delete your information registered, please contact us from here.
